besides shortning the throw..... will the TRD short shifter lower the knob at all... how much?

no, thats why I like it. I didnt want to have my car "ghetto'ed" up with a cut lever, I wanted to retain stock height and reduce the throw.

no, it doesn't shorten the height of the shifter at all because it is not a short throw shifter, it is a quick shifter, read the label.

if you want it shorter, get tvm, or dr isotope.

keep in mind though that actually shortening the shifter makes it more difficult because you are losing leverage.

and i do agree the TRD knob is the best, but the quickshifter is overpriced. you can get the dr. isotope and retain stock height
