Default Speaker Question

Anyone know for certain what the rear speakers are? Some people tell me 5 1/4 others say 6 1/2. I know this has probably been asked before but I just got my pc back on-line. I've had my Box since March and nobody in Nashville knows anything about them.

Already been discussed. Do a search. Wonder how long till this one gets locked?

5.25

but the hole in the sheet metal is not round and slightly smaller than 5.00

use a spacer and you will not have a problem, or open up the hole and mount it flush...

Default Thank you

That makes my life a lot easier. I've already ordered 6 1/2 components for the front and I wanted 5 1/4 components in back. When it's done, I'll be pushing 13 speakers total.

RF Punch 6 1/2 (2 tweeters)
RF Punch 5 1/4 (2 tweeters)
RF Power 10 inch sub

Not too much but enough for me to enjoy.

that seems like a lot of speakers for one car. you'll have four mids, four tweets, and what ? 5 subs...i don't know much about car audio, but sounds like about one component set too many . of course, i have always thought that mids and highs for rear fill are/were unnecessary. either way, enjoy!

Default No No

One sub, 10" RF Power. The reason I'm going for two component sets is this:

The other RF 5 1/4 speakers suck. I like the mid sound of the Punch drivers and I have an idea for the other 4 tweeters.

I'm gonna mount the two from the 6 1/2 in the stock tweet location, not sure how just yet but I have a plan. The four from the 5 1/4 are going to go like this - 1 on each rear speaker and the other ones are going up front in that plastic panel that above the door, where you get to your mirror.

I don't know, I'm only gonna be pushing 100 watts per channel so it won't be too bad. Plus I'm gonna Dynamat the ____out of the whole car.

Anyone have any idea how much Dynamat is needed to do the floor, doors and tailgate?
