and 245 might be too big on 17x8s. and you're speedo's going to be a BIT off.

 

So that chart goes up to 235 with 17x8's, im wondering if anyone went a little wider..
maybe it hasnt been posted on that chart,but yeah your right it might be too big. :/

 

personally, i think 225's good for 8s. nice wheels tho.

your not gonna wanna exceed 235's with that offset.

get the +48 offfset, then go with a 245/40 and you will be fine.. maybe

when i was maxxed out on my Tein ss+p's, i rubbed when going fast over large dips or just on really bumpy roads, i have since fixed the problem, but i will still get some minor rubbing in the rear when i have passengers.

the wheels you wanted are availible in +48, i have the exact ones haha... thats why i mentioned that offset, i didnt throw it out.

245 by far is too wide. Keep the size at 235 and pick up the offset on the wheels to at least 48. Then you can rock the wide look. I plan on doing these to my tC:
