problem with cars

Default problem with cars

well i just got my intake installed and when i started up my car i noticed some things..
1. i dont have power windows anymore
2. i have no control for the passenger window
3. my fog lights dont turn on unless i turn on my engine
i'd appreciate it if anyone can tell me what's going on..

did u disconnect ur battery? if so reset ur window controls. what fogs do u have?

yes i d/c my battery. how do u reset the window control?
i got oem fogs but i rewired them so i can turn them on anytime.

if you disconnected your battery, you have to reprogram them, basically it is just fully opening and closing your windows and sun roof a couple times until the auto settings kick back in again.

as for your foglights, your lights shouldn't come on unless the ignition is running, your car cuts off all accessories running when you turn off the ignition an dopen the door.

so that is probably normal, but i really don't know how you wired them, but your car is probably doing the right thing by not letting them on when the car isn't running.

for the window, just hold the buttons on the driver side up and the passenger side up for 3 secs. and the roof hold the close button for 3 secs.

someone on this forum had a DIY thing for oem fogs..
