Give them the TSB that you can find doing a search in this forum. Also have them ride with you so you can point out the creaking/rattling noise. But make sure you ride with them AFTER they fix to make sure the noise is gone.

Moonroof TSB: TSBNV010-04

That's the number that was on my invoice after having thr roof fixed.

Mine still ratled for a few miles after the fix - but then seated itself??...and no rattles for a week.

I'm not sure exactly. I assume that the TSB fix was the major factor. Like I said, it only rattled for a few miles after the fix...I opened and closed the roof a couple of times while driving...and later that evening -walla - no rattles...and no rattles yet. Maybe it just had to seat properly??? Either way, life is good now.

Happy motoring :D

For me, the service guy said the rattle was still there after the TSB but he did something near the front of moonroof where the glass seats into the rubber gasket. Not sure how this fixed but I have not had a rattle in a week's time.

i know the TSB has to do with the sun roof, but what exactly does "TSB" stand for?

It's not always the TSB, my roof was poping and rattling, they performed the TSB, poping fixed, still rattles.

TSB fixes problems found on most cars
doesn't particularly mean it will fix yours

TSB is not a 100% sure fix
