Default HVAC Help!

Ive had my 06 xb for almost a year now. Within 2 weeks of buying my pride and Joy, I got a double-din DVD Flip Screen. About 2 weeks ago, it was freezing outside, I turned my climate control **** to Hot. The **** immediately turned back to the left, on it's own. I pulled the dash plate off to take a look. The cable that goes to the damper is bend! I took my xb to the Dealership and they told me they won't fix it. They said the cause was because of the aftermarket radio that's been in my car for 11+ months. Whatever! Has anyone had this problem? and What did you do?

You should take it back to the place that installed the DVD screen and make them fix it or replace it...that's what I would do in a heartbeat!...

Default Cable issues

Worst case i s just replace the cable yourself it is not that hard. I am considering to do that on mine (2006) the selector **** is very hard to to turn and I think that I will find the same thing. The other thing is take the cable out and straighten the kink in the cable this would also work.
Best of luck.
