After having such awesome looking wheels (which im considering buying, btw), not sure why you'd want such an ugly box in the back.

Its not really bad, its just not very original, or unique....

yea, I used to have that box. its perfectly flush from side to side. you can get it made to house three 10" subs or two 12"s. I had two 12" eD 13kv2s in it. that box is great for people who want the boom, and still want some trunk space for groceries or whatever. my only gripe is that you cant lean the rear seats back. not that i'd be wanting to since no one rides in the back haha. oh yea, and you can put the hatch cover thingy on too, the box doesnt get in the way of that.

i dont have that previous system anymore, but while I did it was worth every penny spent on the box, trust me.

I was just considering it because it looks oem enough, I won't have to pay an arm and a leg for a clean look, it looks like it wont budge anywhere when hugging turns, and the price isnt too bad.

 

I have seen it on eujin's car and its a prefect fit...

 

got that box in black and looks very OEM, got 2 12" fosgate punch 3 each rms 500 watt and a T10001 fosgate amp so is perfect set up but did need a cap so got a stinger 3 farad cap which fit on the side...the box is flush side to side in front and on top but has gap on sides behind front piece which is perfect for storing the cap...awesome bass!!! cant complain, hits so hard the sunroof flap flips open sometimes.

 

I am sure you got one by now but for anyone else in SD just go to the building infront of the san ysidro swamp meet...you live in SD you have access to some good/low price sources I got mine there ... its works, fits and looks well.

 

so is that just a universal, or is that made by someone. i really like that box and 2 12's appeal. i wanted some to mount in the fender wells but that didnt work out too well.

 

well that is universal. I picked this over custom because you get less rattle with it being centered and if you put it over the fenders the bass isn't as good you know that lasting 'boom' diminishes in confined spaces. Mine sounds GREAT!
