Default headlights dimming

Has anyone had any problems with the headlights dimming on their xb when the stability control kicks on! I have a 2006.5 scion xb with 10000 miles on it. and with the recent snow here in indiana i have noticed the lights dimming when the stability control kicks on. Is this normal? Do I have a problem? Thanks in advance for any help!

Its because when the Control Unit for ABS-Track-Scid starts running the actuator ans solenoids, it may draw 30amp from the battery/alternator. Thats alot of extra draw, especially since when that happens the engine RPM are not very high to keep the alternator at full charging capacity. Compare that to the headlights that use less than 10amp.
