My elbows and forearms were getting sore! I'm a low-tech person, so I went to Office Max and bought a 3M Gel Wrist Pad model WR305MB (usually used for trackballs & mice) for $10.19 each. There are other wrist pads, but all the other ones I saw at Office Max, Office Depot and Best Buy were way too wide for the Scion xa. I used Scotch Mounting Squares to stick it on the hard plastic door armrest. I put them on both doors. Looks acceptable, black doesn't match exactly, but close enough, and it feels cushy. It can always be removed if you think of something better or have extra spending money.
