I recently bought an AFE short ram intake from this company and never received it. Their communication was horrible and they gave me the runaround when I asked for a refund. I left them negative feedback. and this is the email response I got:

We see you elected to leave us a negative. As a ebayer you might think twice
next time/ We have record showing first your were told in the email of winning
the item the following

"HOWEVER OUT OF STOCK AND BACK ORDERS DO HAPPEN. VARIOUS ITEMS THAT ARE
SHIPPED DIRECT FROM THE FACTORY DO TAKE LONGER FOR PROCESSING AND SHIPPING."

Secondly we show a total of 3 emails that this item was out of stock. So
dont lie stating poor communication. You purchased the item on the 6th and
started emailing us within a day asking about shipping ignoring completely
the fact it takes our whses 2 days for processing. Plus each email offered
a full refund if you wish not to wait.

As a retail store /whse we do, as does the factory that makes the item, occassionally
are out of stock.

Had you need it that fast we suggest you go locally, as you did not even
give us a chance. Had it been in stock it still would of taken 7 days with
transit time.

Sorry you have never encountered out of stock or back order with retailers
before. It happens look at Sears, AUto Pro and many others.

Volume sellers like us do not appreciate your trying to ruin our repetation
because you dont not understand the feedback system and the proper methods
of using it and two that you think you can dedicate how business should be
run.

Our retort to your negative will be very embarrassing for you. You have been
blocked from our site and we will surely make it known to other sellers to
beware of a wise guy.

Your business is surely not welcome in our store.

Of course they couldn't get the last word so here is my response:

You are very wrong... I am a manager of a retail store and I don't false advertise by selling things not in stock. I tried contacting you and it took atleast three days for you to write back. Don't set up auctions for things that you do not have in stock.. It's STUPID....very bad marketing... and after reading your feedback I'm not the first this has happened to. I could put anything up for sale then, just tell everyone I don't have it please wait a month to receive this. That makes no sense!!! Control your inventory better and sale what you have in stock instead of making false promises. Also if my order was processed and shipped like it should have been... I should have received it within 4-5 business days. As far as you banning my from your store..I COULD CARE LESS. YOUR STORE IS A JOKE TO ME!!!!! ...I'm not hurting your reputation I'm just warning other buyers...plus I don't appreciate you personal slander to my reputation and that is not called for. I was commenting on your company and my experience..and you feel the need to take a personal attack at me. WHY???? If you are such a "big retail store" then why care about my comment. Well as far as I'm concerned I will never buy from you anyway and I will let everyone on the car forums that I'm on know the experience that I have went through with you company.
