soo i have h-tech lowering sprinsg coming in,
would trd rear sway bar work well with these or should i just go for the hotchkis front and rear
it will be a daily driver mostly not driven that hard maybe semi-aggressive so not too stiff
and trd shocks/struts

 

hotchkis sway bars are better, take it from me, i had the trd rear sway bar, wasn't all i hoped it would be, the hotchkis one are awesome.

 

i would say hotchkis, i had the H&R bar but it wasnt tight enough for me so i sold it to a buddy of mine, and im gonna pick up the progress in a couple weeks. or maybe ill just ask my body shop if they will install it and how much they would charge... maybe i can get a hook up with them.

hotchkis are two settings on the front, and three on the rear.

 

If the H&R wasn't tight enough for you, than the Progress is a downgrade. The H&R is thicker (24mm vs. 22mm) and the endlinks mount in the same or closer position. You should really consider Hotchkis if you need to stiffen up.

If you're a semi aggressive driver, than yes, Progress or TRD (made by Progress) would be a good choice for you. Hotchkis may be overkill and somewhat uncomfortable over uneven pavement.

 

ahh i see but cant i set it to the least stiffess setting on both the front and rear sway bar for better driving

 

You can, but even on the softest settings they are stiffer than TRD or Progress. But if you are concerned about driving aggressively with Progress bar, this tC uses one...
