Radio won't work
I was doing some work in the car and was wrapping things up. I had everything back together and put the negative terminal back on the battery. I was then verifying that all the work (adding Flowlighting) was working and noticed that the dome and the radio did not work anymore. I checked the voltage at the fuse block and I get 12V. I checked at the harness for the stereo and I get nothing.
Does anyone have any idea if there is something that I can check to get the radio working?
Any help would be great.

how did you test all the fuses? sounds like there is just a fuse blown. I don't know why the door lock control relay would have anything to do with the dome lights. I don't have an xB so I don't know if that is something weird with those. Many times the dome light fuse is also power for the radio.
Well I thought that I have tested all the fuses correct w/ a fuse tester. I also checked the voltage at the fuse block and it comes out at 12.5V so I think that is right.
Thanks for the input, I will go back and DOUBLE sheck the fuses one more time to verify that there is in deed no fuse blown.
Thanks!

Thanks for your reply. I went back and looked at the fuse that is labeled DL in the fuse panel. It WAS bad and I put in another and I started to get power off the ACC line on the radio harness. Now there is no voltage at the Battery line to the radio and it will not turn on still.
Where is the 15 amp dome light fuse in the panel. My xB is a 2004 model and came with a 25 amp fuse for the DL slot if this is for the dome light like I think it is.
Can you post a pic of the exact fuse that I need to replace. All your help os great.

Fuse box that is located under the hood. As you stand in front of the car it will be on the right hand side. Pop the black cover- the fuse is there. It is the first one in a row of small fuses.
