im doing mine solo, its not too too hard just really time consuming, u can forget about the clock though bleh!

im not great at it but its not too hard but just for my hvac not including the lcd, it was about a couple of hours or so i havent even touched the guage cluster i think ill probably have some time spring break so that way i can post stuff
