i used to have that amp with 2 12" Polk Momo's and my lights didn't dim with this kit and the wires look nice too, and for the price for it is great cause other places will charge you about or more than $100 for this kit.

That kicker kit is nice

I dont think your gonna find any decent wiring kits for the price your asking
There will be plenty on ebay but they will turn out to be fakes.

Ive seen people order a 4ga kit but the wire comes in and its closer to 6ga.

look on theier and see if any of those kits work for you.

If not you can piece one toghter.

I just bought 20ft of 4 ga for 22 shipped

also wattage does not matter

The amount of current your amp is pulling is what is key in figuring out what ga of wire you need

he will be fine with that kit i posted cause i used to have the same amp but different subs which had the same power rating as the Alpine Type-R's which doesn't really matter too much and my lights didn't dim, only thing dimming was my head hurting cause of all the bass haha.

QFT, and here's one example;
Pyle 4 guage wiring kit, model PLAM40, for just $25.95!
DO NOT BUY THIS KIT!!!

The price was so good I got one, only to find out it's a PoS. While the insulation made the cable's overall diameter the same as most quality 4 guage, the actual wire was 8 guage at best.

Caveat emptor!

this is the kit that i want, but i see that it doesnt hav e the 16awg Remote Lead wire!?!???

it says built in remote turn on lead, is that the wire? if it is built in then how does that work with the wires left from the back of the my head unit??

Do i connect the two blue wires together then or leave them be?

The lead wire is built into the RCA cable so all you do is connect that wire with the blue wire on the back of the HU wire harness. Hope this helps!

sorry bu tno it doesnt make sense, you cant just connect a RCA wire with a wire like the ones from the back of the head unit.... your talking about a male plug VS a wire....

Ok, you have a RCA plug with a right and left and in between is the remote wire. Some companies offer this. So when you hook it up to an amp or what ever the remote wire is already there and you don't have to run a new remote wire. Hook the remote wire on the RCA to the blue wire from the HU and your set.

if you really have never done any audio work i recommend you take it to a shop to have it done and just ask them if you can watch cause you want to know and they should be able to give you a quick run down on how things and work and the wires as well.
