I know that the front and rear is different, but is it possible to convert the front end to the jspec BB. Or are they just too different. Also when i mean convert i dont mean some kind of custom job. I want to know if it can be done just by swapping parts and some modification.

 

If you're talking about the Corolla Rumion (our Japanese counterpart) then yeah you can do the whole front end conversion. Lots of parts but it's all direct swap AFAIK.

Japan's new bB isn't like anything we have (at least no that I know of). To swap the new bB front with a 2nd Gen xB would have to be totally custom.
