Default Installed deck now gauges don't light up

Well to add to my list of problems with my cd player install, My gauges are not lighting up after I installed the deck, But they will still move. Im thinking my orange to orange illumination wires arnt touching so good, but they are connected and crimped... I wil recheck them tomorrow but for now what do you guys think it can be? Not only that but on the tC AC **** its supposed to change color aswell from blue for cold to red for hot. The **** lights are not working either. But the clock is. I tried dimming the clock with the dimmer switch and its not dimming.

Just disconnect the "illumination" and "dimmer" wires, you really don't need them, and see how it works.

I will try that tomorrow I have to take it all out anyways. I think i need to drill new holes and move the cd player down a bit, because the 'Waterfal" does not wanna fit when the deck is in.

once you disconnect those, check your fuses.

Ok that illumination wire works fine I tested it. I disconnected the wire and the side buttons on the deck went off. Gauges still didn't light up. I think it might be a fuse.
