I'm not sure what happened, I think you send us an email and PM saying "the cops are coming" to our store and after we replied wondering what was going on you said it was cool?
I'm not sure which order you are talking about but cancelling the order goes in this order usually:
1. Order is place, card is charged
2. Customer requests for order cancellation, etc
3. We cancel the order, the payment is refunded.
All these processes take 3-5 business days to post to your account. Cancelling your order does not mean the original charge disappears, the second payment comes as a negative charge which counts as a refund. Are you sure you are reading your statement correctly??
I'm not sure how we could get information on a second account either?

proved them wrong? about what? can you explain it further?

To the OP, yeah check if you understand your transactions on your statement and check your credit card sometimes refunds takes long, sometimes 30days. With the other account being charged, file a dispute on that.. its most likely a stolen CC number. You could always file dispute for incorrect transactions, VISA is pretty good in take care of you.

I havent ordered from speed element but heard good things about them, but the details posted here are a lil vague, maybe try to communicate with the seller first before calling them thieves. Remember companies dont just charge you fraudulently unless they wanna murder their business, credit card companies will get to them

like their exhaust is advertised to be 2.5" measured an end to be 2"! might as well keep stock for that diameter! told them... they said i measured wrong?(what i cant read numbers for measurement?)... so i sent them pictures with the measurement.... ignored..... contacted them again threatening to expose them on forums.... asked what i want to do about it.... asked to return item and refund.... never heard from them again

ALL the piping is completely 2.5" piping, you can measure it yourself. The midpipe to axleback connection is 2.25" or else no one would be able to mount a stock or stock-style axleback onto it, which would make the design useless.
Also the diameter of a circle is measured from the center, not the top half.

I'm not sure what happened to this guy, but basically he sent us the threat about the cops via email and PM, made a couple posts in our threads, and then disappeared! We don't even know which specific transaction he's talking about!! He never gave us a name, invoice number, nothing...

so this confirms it? The tsudo n1 cat back actually has a 2.25 area in the piping like the megan catback? its coz im trying to find out if its all 2.5 like the some exhaust like the dezod.
