Alright, so I'm finally about to buy and start building. BUT
I'm clueless as what to do for wireing and whatnot.
I'm probably going to just stick with the ED setup. Because when you buy them together they give you a little discount.
2 SQ10's, and a NINe.2 amp.
How does that seem?
Later on down the road I'll amp the regular speakers, but just the bass for now.
I'll probably end up keeping the stock HU as well, because I like all the ipod functions that it has.
But that's pretty much all I know. On a wireing side, how many feet of what wire should I buy? And the splitter for the stock HU, where is a good place to buy that from?
Also, do I have to do the big 3?
Thanks a lot guys.

that kit has everything you need
you dont have to do the big three with that amp/current draw unless you have alot more stuff installed in/on your car
and the splitter on the head unit??
do you mean you are getting a new head unit?
or are you going to be using the rear speaker wires as your input??

well by splitter on the head unit, I mean like..
You know how the stock head unit, doesn't have amp outputs? Pretty much, the conversion wires that make you able to do it.
I forget what it was called. Conversion kit maybe?

Walmart also carries them.
I strongly reccomend KnuKoncepts products........I also reccomend ED.......I purchased both and the products are great.......starting my install as soon as this snow stops falling........
I am not sure about splitting the signal off the back speakers,as I got the AVIC D3 to hook into.......but to power the amp you need an amp kit like the one listed.......and it needs powered from battery........NINe.2 is a good amp.......I got the NINe.5 and cannot wait to get it finally installed........my wife wants the pile of stuff out of her living room.......

Do you know if that cable package listed above comes with the cable that runs to the car battery?
Also, where's a good place to buy a bass equalizer, you know, the little box that people usually put under their wheel that has a turn dial for how much bass you want.
