Default TRD struts w/ Tein s-tech springs

Would the TRD struts work with the tein-s springs or should i look at getting Tokico struts?

They'd work. Personally think the Tokicos are a better buy. Plus some guys got tokicos on ebay for 330 right now...

Not sure that would be the best combo. S-techs in general are about a 2" drop if I remember correctly (which really is detrimental to handling.. if you want the best handling stay at around 1.4 inches or less of drop) and the TRD struts are matched to a milder drop than that. Not sure how well they will work together.

The tokicos are "made" for a safe drop of apx 1.5." Imo, if you really want to slam it and are going to get struts too, just get a set of coilovers as you will almost be in that price range with new springs and trd struts..

I'm riding on TRD's + stechs and love it. Handling is fantastic. Sharp bumps on the freeway will hurt though.
