Any of you with it installed notice a whining type sound when you step on the gas?

mine make noise when your on it but i think thats just from the vibration. You are connecting the engine to more or less the dasboard

lol yea. But ESPECIALLY when my engine is cold, I hear a whining noise when I step on the gas. I just wanna make sure thats normal. When the engine is all warmed up it sometimes is barely noticeable.
