I'm at work and one of our vendors that repairs our trucks came into my office and said "hey I just hit a car out here." I looked outside and saw where he was parked and I said "that's my Fuc&^in car". Went outside and he put a hole in the bumper, a crease in the back hatch and broke my tailight. Needless to say I'm ____ed but hey what are you going to do. I will post pics tomorrow. ok it's the next day here are the pics. estimte today came to 2300. but the body shop is booked until the 28th so i have 3 weeks to drive this car with a hole in it. that's life i guess

 

ouch that blows. Sorry to hear that. Hope you get taken care of soon. Oh and report that ish to his company as well.

yeah they're going to cover it cuz we're one of their biggest customers. I'm going to take it to the dealership tomorrow.

Get a good bid on replacement of bumper and paint from dealership and then they will send a check.......yo are not obligated to use the dealership to get repairs,you can go elsewhere to have them done for less and more than likely better work too.......which leaves you with parts money.........

 

all part of my master plan.. although I feel a little guilty but oh well

That sucks man...never a good feeling. Is he/his company going to be paying out of pocket or are you going through insurance?

 

the owner of the company is going to call me in the morning. I'm not sure what they are going to do. From past experience he'll probably tell me he knows a place that can fix it (chop shop at a price he likes) but unfortunately for him it's going to the Toyota dealership

 

I started modding my car after I got hit... body kit, hood and wheels.... it great to get new part for practically free, :D
