I am looking for the name of the color for the stock 17" tC wheel. I would like to powder coat the wheels for my cavalier in this color. I am assuming it's hyper chrome or something like that. Just for reference i'll post a pic of the wheel that i'm talking about.

Thanks for your help, I knew it wasn't silver. The shade is way too dark for being a silver color. I knew it was some sort of chrome be it hyper chrome or something of that sort.

 

its not at all.... its silver......

 

It's more of a graphite than silver IMHO. Take a look at the stock RS2 wheels; now that's silver to me.
(Who knows, maybe I need some glasses )

 

The tC brochure says:

Tires/Wheels 215/45ZR17 on 17” Alloy Wheels w/ Liquid Graphite Appearance

I knew Scion would never just call it silver. Who would buy a car with "silver" wheels? I know I wouldn't! But "Liquid Graphite T-1000 Ultra-Leet-Marketing-Speak" wheels? I'll take a dozen!

The wheels are hyper black. Scion just gives it a funky name.

hmm i thought the stock wheels were hyper silver...

 

I would say the Rs2 has a hyper silver finish. The stock wheels are darker, therfore I would call them hyper black.
