wats up SL. Today i was on my way to work and a cop pulls up behind me. So i drive normal speed limit and all. Then he pulls me over. i am in shock because i did nothing wrong. He checks reg. insurance and license then tells me he pulled me over because my music was too loud while we are in a 4 lane road with no buildings near by to disturb. he says it was over 80 decibels idk. i just want to know if anyone knows how much the ticket is in NY and if there is a way to fight it. btw my volume was on 30 out of like 63 or 53 not very loud though

lmao that cop is full of it, just wanted something to do and you seemed like an easy target. just get a traffic ticket lawyer to go to court and fight it, the cops never show up. shouldnt cost you more than 30 bucks for it. to pay the ticket will probably be at least 60 bucks or more.

 

i think i might do that with the lawyer. the part that got me mad is that behind the cop was a civic with the loudest exhaust ever probably like 1097409741 decibels lol and he just drives by with the cop saying nothing to him. the cop also walked 2 spins around my car and asked if anything on it was illegal lol

 

fight it! because you'll win. was it a Trooper? up on 87/287 the troopers didn't like buzzy cars and imports too much. mostly because they be racing on the NY part of the GSP.
