Man, what a showoff! What sub are you planning to put in there? Also, what type of glass work are you referring to? For the amps I presume?
And lastly, what does lvbitwiz mean? Do you pronounce it "L - vee - bit - wiz?"

yeah, the amp area will be glassed, venilated and lit. The amp is currently torn apart (I love voiding warranties) as I'm replacing the cover with lexan
and yes, that is how you pronounce it

here it is before I did a little glassing to make it snug, and to finish the sides of the amp housing
Done for the most part, I still need to re-install the amp and retune the whole thing, but as the amp is still in a few pieces, that's gonna have to wait

and done, the amp lid is being replace by plexi, it out being engraved and milled to fit.
As for the sub, yeah, that one is gonna go, I'm thinking along the lines of the ED 11Kv.2 but I'm still looking around.

Looks good LB... I can't wait to see the plexi cover and design--it should finish it off nicely. It came out even better than I originally thought. Instead of a sub grill, you could also stealth everything out and create a false and incorporate a grill into the false floor so you can have full use of your trunk again... It will hide the bling, but at least it will give your trunk back to you--that's how mine is set up. Keep up the good work...

This basically looks like LB's setup...
Then he created a false floor. The part that goes over the sub has been a big round part cut out and then has an industrial type grill that covers over it. The grill is really strong and sturdy. After that, he covered it all up with a stock looking carpet that the sub has no problem penetrating through.... If anyone is local to the Bay Area, PM me and I'll give you my installer's number. He charges really reasonable prices...
Then as a finishing touch, he put back the stock rear carpet. I put all my groceries and stuff in the trunk still like I normally would. I even fit my 60" DLP back there and a huge entertainment stand in my XB. My little beagle hangs out in the back trunk all the time. Aside from dropping a bowling bowl in dead center of the grill, I treat it just like stock.
Anyways, I am really impressed how LB completed his project within a couple of days. His is definitely one of the nicest I've seen so far in this forum that is a good mix of bling and practicality...

Nicely done. Although I just noticed something in LVBitwiz' pictures... He left enough room for the false floor.
It makes me re-think my stealth box idea that was very close to LV's original box, but slightly larger.
Again, very nicely done.

Ill be putting on a grill for day to day use so I can also keep it all covered and stock looking. But all that will be removable for show purposes
