I have found that by rotating the top mounts on the SS-Ps I was able to achieve 5 degrees of positive caster. The down side to this is that you do not get enough negative camber. I decided to leave the struts all the way back to try and get as much positive caster as I could. I then adjusted the camber using two Ingalls eccentric bolts on each strut. Final settings:

Front
-Camber = -2 degrees
-Caster = +5 degrees
-Toe = + 1/16

Rear
-Camber = -2 degrees
-Toe = 0
