I"m taking xB to Colorado (Durango, Ouray)...will xB make it up these "hills" with 3 adults, 1 14 year old and luggage? Auto trans. Be honest!

 

i drove from illinois to denver last year. i had no problems making it up the mountains. i just couldnt do it at 85 like i was on flat ground. it slowed me down to 60 or so. but i was by myself with just one suitcase in the back.

 

It should make it. Take it out of OverDrive on the uphills.

 

Thanks! I'll certainly try the xB. If it can't make the climb, I'll rent a van/Tahoe/Suburban/Jeep or something else.

 

It'll make it, just not very fast haha.

 

The Box should be fine, if not, rent a Tahoe...
