anyone know where i can get a g-games 77w wheel in silver with machined lip? i messed up one of my wheels and need to replace it but i can't seem to find one anywhere.

 

nevermind-found one for like $360. these things are discontinued, so they were a pain in the a$$ to find. i blew out a tire, destroyed a wheel, bent a strut, bent the strut mount, and destroyed the sway bar endlink last wknd so i'm ____ed. the stupid tire cost me like $275(pilot sport ps2), the shock cost me about $200 shipped in 2nd day air, the strut mount was like $80 and the end link was $70.

 

Wow, that must've been something serious to have done that much damage.

 

You are going to need to repair the rim if its discontinued...

 

have the wheels themselves been discontinued or just in your color? i hope not the wheel itself because i have them and if they get messed up i can't afford an entire new set. not without saving for awhile first.

yes but that could be he just found someone that still had a couple left in stock. it was just a question.

 

honestly, it was a pain in the ___ to find, and then i paid top dollar for the one i could find-$360 shipped to NY from the west coast. G-games themselves couldn't get me one. I called literally 25-30 different places. The problem was that the wheel(all colors) is discontinued. the 2 piece is supposed to be still available, but the 1 piece is done. at first i could only find 2 places that even had them, but they wanted me to buy an entire set. I ended up getting it from Geoff @ nurspec, who actually was able to even find the wheel(on a side note, he's a really good guy to deal with, sponsor here on slife, and helped me out with my strut as well). no one else could find me a single wheel. kenji from g-games said he had to check with japan and told me he'd call me if he could get me one, but no luck. the one i'm replacing is very slightly bent and all scuffed up, but i'm gonna try and get it fixed to use as my spare. if anyone wants one of these wheels, try and find it now, because it's gonna just get harder and harder to find. u guys don't even know-in total, the parts and labor cost me $825 not including the strut, the wheel, and the tire. those 3 ran me almost $900
