I am sure this is an old topic, but I am new to the board and couldn't find it anywhere.

I am having trouble replacing my air filer and also the rear wiper --- guy @ dealership told me it was very easy; but even my handy neighbor couldn't figure out the air filter.... any advice?

actually, changing the air filter was quite a pain. couldn't find instructions on here, but found the answer on Yahoo! Answers --- had to lossen the hose attached, pull on the encasement pretty hard to get it open --- then getting it closed again was a pain..... it was MUCH easier on my '01 corolla.....

once i got a grip on the wiper it wasn't hard.... just had to pull a little harder than I did on the front wipers........
