No Sound in one side for Sat radioafter installing JVC radio

What would cause the Sirius radio to come out of only one speaker (driver side), but the AM FM Zune and CD player all sound perfectly fine?

Could be a bad cable between the tuner and the head unit. Could be a bad tuner, there are many SIRIUS tuners that have had left or right channel out-put failures.
