Default VRD fog light wiring confusion...UPDATE! VRD's are on!

Ok, so I got my Fogs in from Ebay. Opened it, and found some wires that did not make sense to me. I'm no electrical expert and i have never done splicing before, but I think it's common sense to know what plugs in what. It's the whole switch part i dont get. where does the rest lead to? I can't find anything that leads it to the foglights. Am I missing anything? SL, much help appreciated!

So here is what i got in the package.

the wiring you have is a partiall yet coplete set
they are using your car that has a partial harness already in it pre wire
the swich by the left side of the stering is simple to conect just remove the cover for the fuse box and look aroung for a plug thata ussualy wraped around with blk tape but its there then hide the relay so its out the way ,make sure you put the fuse provided nt the fuse box in the engine compartment
now the front fog light remove the covers and place the fog lights , remove the under covers of the car (its easy if the car is lifted on a hoist or lifted with a floor jack and crawl under ) look on the driver side of the car but behind the bumper and fender there is a hiden plug there for the fogs and there is a ground wire to tap in to
you could try to go your local toyot dealer and ask them for the instructions for the factory fog light its the same just that factory mounts on you front lower gril its very simple install
if you need pics i can email you some or i can post some if you like

ok, i think i get the idea now. it is identical to OEM fog lights, and there is a grounding mount on the drivers side. and the harness with the black tape connects to the harness attached with the fog light switch. so theres nothing connected to the battery?

one more thing guys, when connecting the fog lights,

is it black to red, and white to white? or vise versa?

start at step 4. It's for the OEM fogs, but connects the same.
