Help on TRD spings and camber for Rear
Hi
I am getting ready to install my TRD springs this weekend.
I noticed the rear as a lot of camber now, before. what about after lowering.
and, do you have to remove the front cowl to get the struts off, anyone try to install without removing it
thanks

The rear is unadjustable. It may have a little camber from factory, but lowering it will not effect anything. At all.
Front, however, will. You don't necessarily have to remove the cowl to get to the 3 bolts holding each strut in. But it is a lot easier. I've lowered 2 2008 xB's without removing the cowl.

any spring noise from trd
Was that a question or a comment? Lol!
Personally, I don't have the TRD's. I think they're too mild of a drop. I have the Hotchkis springs and sways. I've had them since the middle of February and absolutely love them. I still need to get a couple of suspension pieces from Tanabe (i.e. underbrace and strutbar) then I think my rig will handle even better.
Pic of my xB.

Some think it's too large of a drop, which it may be for them. I think I could go about an inch lower...

You can run TRD's or even the Tanabe NF210's. The NF's have about the same amount of drop as the TRD's and they're less expensive.

answer me this, are you one of those 50 year old that want to be young again driving a scion, or just tired of just sitting on your '*****". If so, you should not be here, but in like a "KIA" forum or something...
