Need help with fmic piping kit
I am having a problem I have a custom setup right now using a atp manifold and down pipe. The problem is I don't have any clearance below the turbo to run the hot side, I was going to get slim front mount fans but it looks like I may have a clearance problem between the dezod intercooler I have and the radiator. At this point I may just scrap the atp parts and go with a Megan Racing Manifold and Down pipe. Does any one have pics of a dezod fmic kit installed ? will the megan pipes clear ?
Below are pics of my problem, as you can see the turbo sits about 6" to the right more than most manifolds which puts the compressor right over the bell housing and tranny mount.

^^ you need to clock your turbo down and have 90deg coupler or flange wlded on the compressor side outlet so it will point to the passenger side, if it hits that mount below, maybe you can get that u bend pipe like the zpi
hey even chris rado endorses deleting one of the fans so i think youre good to go, he stgates himself the radiator on our car and fan setup is overkill and removing one of them wont affect cooling at all
I was going to get a Mishmoto radiator and 2 10" slim fans pushing. I don't know if I can go any larger than the 10" fans because the dezod intercooler I have and the radiator are very close. I would have to go above the intercooler. aen you where over heating using 2 pushing fans ? what size are they ?

Oh I overheat at long idle
^^ not really over heat, it takes a long idle to raise the water temp like 3/4 on the temp gauge but it only means ineffective cooling coz no way stock gets that hot.. it could be my coolant mixture, i prolly put too much coolant than water or the push method isnt really as effective as pull since those running stock fans never had problem
I emailed atp and they said the they point the compressor outlet straight up then route the pipe up and over then down. They are going to send me pics and a price for there fmic kit. Hopefully it fits good. Then I wouldn't have to mess with the stock cooling system.
