which lot would you guys rather auto-x at
choice #1 is about 10-15 min north of frederick, md ( between frederick and thurmont)

choice #2 is just north of the north east corner of baltimore, in eastern baltimore county

lot #1 has 6 light post and is glass smooth with some camber. while lot 2 is a huge square lot with only 4 light posts but is a bit life the surface of the moon, but it has a separate lot for grid as well and a gas station is 300 yards away (with 98/100 octane).

cratars on the surface are AWFUL for autoX and i wouldnt recommend beginners try to LEARN on a surface taht is constantly throwing the weight of the car around and making the tires skip. it gets REALLY dicey while driving at extremes. id take a slower smaller track over a faster bumpr course. i've run both. its more fun once u know and understand weight transfer but its never easy. thats my take on it.
