Default Dual Boost Systems

this might be kinda a dumb question but what is the perpose of a duel wastegate?? does it let you spool at high and low boost? the other thing is what the heck doese a duel boost control system do??? I looked on the turbo smart website for some answers but fond nothing?? maybe Paul or Joe at Dezod could give me an answer

It's like having dual exhausts - to free up the flow.
You don't necessarily need to get dual wastegates when making big power. One wastegate can be enough if it's a much larger one. Of course this all depends on the amount of power you're making.. sometimes having two can balance things out nicely.

you need dual wastegates for twin scroll turbo kits. that's the only decent reason i can think of. talk to turbotoyotas about that one.

^^^No!!!! Let me try to xplain. I'm not an expert but.!!!!!You can see dual wastegates on twin scroll setups and it's because the manifold it's divided (i think it's 1-4 and 2-3 ) and you need 2 to control both sides. This setup it's suppose to spool faster and have better control over boost . Like someone said you could ask TT for them.

Dual stage boost controlers let you set 2 different boost levels. high and low. It's very usefull for FWD cars to reduce wheel spin during launch and you can switch at any moment by pressing a button.

Please someone correct me if I'm wrong.
