Off to the stealership this afternoon to go pick up my xD...... FINALLY!!! Its been a month and I'm more than ready to start cruising around in my new ride.

 

What a day to pick up your xD. It's raining cats & dogs in New York today. Hopefully nothing will happen to your car.

 

The sun came out this afternoon, and my sales guy had it freshly washed...

No dealer shenanigans... was a good buying experience.

Yea, it seems NBM is rare on xDs as it is on tCs.

I'm surprised you're posting so soon. I would have picked that up and gone for a LOONNNNGGG ride (maybe all day).

There's a NBM a few miles from me and it's beautiful when the sun is on it, but looks almost black the rest of the time (it rains a lot here in the PNW)

Oh, no worries... I spent most of the afternoon driving around, taking pictures, playing with the stereo, etc. Just ordered my iST armrest off of e-bay. Going to order floor mats and a cargo cover from scionpartspeople next. I also went to Lowes to get a universal garage door opener, as we only had one for the one car previously. I parked about a mile away from the store entrance to prevent day 1 parking lot dings.

5 weeks of waiting... it feels GREAT to finally drive my xD... in fact, its only 8:00... time for another spin.

 

Nice. I used to have a tacoma in that color. Deeeeeeep.
