Now that I look at it, I think they are 5zigen's but i want to confirm and get the model too!

They are Buddy Club's. Not sure of the exact model.

those are the Buddy Club P1 racing SF Wheels. damn those things are pretty damn good looking on a tc. i think they are about 150-170 a rim not bad for some good looking rims.
