Default Brake pad questions

Where can I get the OEM ones? I've searched and searched and I cannot find any. How much do shops charge for getting it replaced and how hard is it to do it myself? thanks =)

OEM pads: dealer. It is VERY easy to do yourself. There are a few DIY threads here on the forums. Like, on a scale of 1-10 (10 being difficult) ... brake pads are like a 2 or 3, IMO.

I'm really not sure how much the OEM pads are. You may want to PM trdsparks here on the forums and see what they would charge for them. Usually a better price than your local dealer. As for better pads, depends on what you do with the car and how much the OEM pads turn out to be.

Front pads are about $40 at the dealer. You can upgrade to aftermarket Hawk pads for around $90. Either way they are super easy to change.

get EBC greenstuff or check dezod, get axxis deluxe or whatever, you don't need OEM, there are lots of great brands out there.

Default Brake Pads

Here's a link to our home page. The TRD Brake pads are in the Sport parts menu on the left and the OEM pads are in menu on the right side. Every part is discounted. Please let me know if you have any questions.
