View Full Version : biggest drop with lowering springs 0605 12-16-2004, 06:24 AM does anyone know what springs offer the biggest drop? after just looking at some websites the most i've seen was 2.2-2.5 rear on the tanabe DF210s any greater drop? thanks ahead of time etarui 12-16-2004, 06:43 AM That was the lowest drop I could find for just springs...and that's why I went with them  If you want to go lower than that, I think you will need to with go coil-overs or air-bags...unless you plan on cutting springs  hotbox05 12-16-2004, 08:57 AM old sprints end up settling at like 2.5 front and almost 2.25 rear EVILDAVE 12-16-2004, 03:34 PM If you want LOW you gotta get HKS coil overs you can take it to the ground! hotbox05 12-16-2004, 05:42 PM they spec those at only 2.4 front and 1.7 rear drop. i didnt believe it tho DirtyDan 12-16-2004, 08:48 PM Do they make a bag kit for the Xb's? Hmmm... very interesting I have to be careful how I drop mine due to the huge speed hump in my neighborhood. hotbox05 12-16-2004, 09:04 PM yeah easy street air it's a division of air lift co. there are also alot of custom setups flying around Fujiz_xb 12-17-2004, 12:52 AM can you get the DF210s with 19's? scionspecialistvegas 12-17-2004, 01:02 AM nilo is running 19's with the df 210's Sciond 12-17-2004, 02:29 AM ahhh you can just get the torch out and heat up the springs until they drop...    hotbox05 12-17-2004, 02:33 AM i'd rather cut than torch. the heat causes more stress making them weaker. but yes that is the cheap easy ghetto way. Sciond 12-17-2004, 02:59 AM hey....never said best way   that was how we did them in SIlk City back in the day   Fujiz_xb 12-17-2004, 04:23 AM nilo is running 19's with the df 210's are you sure?..im sure he has goldlines.. dajap 12-17-2004, 06:08 AM I'm running 19x8 rims, 35 series tires, and the tanabe df210's.
