I've ordered from their online store and haven't received an e-mail, tracking or anything. I e-mailed them and did not receive a reply.

I just want to know if anyone from their store is available. Also checked their eBay and they no longer have items listed.

I'm having the exact same problem. No confirmation, no emails, it's been over a month and a half now and no product. I've emailed several times now through both the emails provided by Paypal and their website, with no reply, and opened a Paypal dispute with them. They obvious ACCEPTED my paypal payment, because I can't cancel it. At least my product was fairly small and inexpensive, but I hate to lose the money on it to jerks.
