I recently purchased some parts from Carson Toyota (www.newscionparts.com) The parts that I purchased was front and rear bB emblems and a carbon fiber fuel door applique. I paid for the 2 day shipping. The parts came in today and when I got home tonight and opened the box hoping to see all my parts that I ordered. Come to find out there was just the carbon fiber door applique.

I am not sure why i just received one of three items that I ordered. Plus I specified on the order form to ship everything together. I will be calling them tomorrow to find out where are my front and rear bB emblems. Will let everyone know the outcome. I will be posting this on other scion sites that I am part of.

Anyone had bad experiences with them?

 

I contact them through there website and explained my problem. The next morning I received a call from someone. He was very helpful and I explained that I have not received the front and rear emblems, just the carbon fiber fuel door applique. He mentioned that he will have the parts overnighted and the next day I received my parts.

Though the front bB emblem had some scuff marks, but other than that everything was good. They corrected the problem and I received my parts.

 

Carson toyota has great prices on Lexus parts, used to buy from them all the time when i had my GS

 

they took care of me just fine..great company...
