Default Do you think this will sound good?

I have a fi ssd 10" sub that I plan on putting in a custom fiberglass sealed enclosure in my scion tc. It will be off to the side behind the tail. Do you think that this will sound good? I am still figuring out the amplifier situation but do you think that sub will sound good in that setup? I know if wont be as loud as a ported box but I need the trunk space at the moment.

Is there any reason you think it wouldn't sound good?

I was just wondering if since its sealed if it will sound downright awful since ive never really had a fiberglass sealed enclosure. Guess I know now that it will sound good haha

ARe you gettign the Bassforms box........I talked to them last week about putting a pair in my car and using ID10s in them and they said it should be fine.....I will be a little small on airspace but not much.....less than .12cu per box under recomanded size.....I know it will make a differance in sound and low end a bit but I am fine with that for being able to keep my trunk space.

ya it should be good. Thats the sub box I have but my minimum space is .6 which is what it is. Thats what I said, I wanted to keep my trunk and still have a great sounding base.

ya I integrated a ported box of 1.5 cubic feet that is off to the right. It is tuned to 33 and sound amazing for a 10 and alot better then how it did when I tested it sealed.
