im looking for whatever wheels fit this description:

they are like those but have a red lining. they dont HAVE to have the red but i would prefer.

the lip is a must as is everything being black.

You could just buy those Pentas and have them powdercoated.

 

the price would be far too much...down here in miami a deal to powercoat is 150 a rim....the wheels run like 1100-1200...almost 2000 for rims alone is a lot

 

naw thats pretty reasonable considering you'd get exactly what you wanted. red are impossible to find, you'll need to get wheels and have them powdercoated or buy directly from a custom wheel place like auto art or work or hre or something and have them paint your wheels like that from their warehouse. either way you'll be looking at right around 2k unless you go with some really really cheap wheels, but even then you're looking at 12-1500 for really really cheap wheels
