Default Turbo Question

What kinds of turbos are available for the XB. This is something i really wanna look into. Whats out there that requires the least hassle for install without replacing alot of parts. Basically what im saying is whats out there where i can bolt on and go. I do plan on making my xB a manual if i do decide to drop in a turbo and that would require more work but for right now what will drop in and go as far as turbos go

From what I can see, there's TurboToyotas and CXRacing.

Also shouldn't this be in the Forced Induction section?

wow, first off, start by just trading in your auto xb for a manual xb. it isn't a straight forward swap to just make an automatic into a manual.

with the money you save from trying to swap gear boxes, you could put it into your turbo kit. also, most turbo kits are fairly straight forward bolt-on affairs. some just require trimming the factory crash bar or bumper a bit to fit.

Yeah definitely trade the car in dude. And while youre doing that you might as well get WRX or something new thats alread semiquick. I made the mistake of buying my tC in auto so i traded it in for my 5spd xB. I pondered on the swap and boost for a couple of years and ended up getting nitrous cause of the cost and still wasnt happy in the end. Dont waste your money and create headaches for yourself. If youre not happy with your current car then put all your time and efforts into getting something worthwhile.

yea well i plan on keeping this car and getting another one later on down the road. Probably a truck like i used to have or looking into an Srt8 Challenger and SRT8 Charger. Im a mopar guy even tho i had to get rid of mine for the xB. But my plan for the xB is a V8 swap or putting in the effort for a turbo. The turbo from CXRacing looks bad ___. That be nice to have the xB with 300hp WOW!!

Lol yeah the cxracing kit might be the best idea. Just be sure to do it right and get it tuned and maybe replace the turbo with a REAL one ya know? But just keep it simple and dont go too far with it and when you get your SRT8 then you can mod the heck out of it.
