ipod interface cable..

unfortunatly somebody felt the need to break into my XB2 and steal my ipod/interface cable, my kids PSP and a few other things......anyways i have another IPOD, but no cable. (I have the stock NAV)

I was wondering if the cable is a Scion specific cable, or is it something that can be bought at Best Buy? (I have a friend with employee pricing at BB)... the Scion interface cables run around 50-60 bux on Ebay, I would like to save a few bucks thru my friend if i could.

I don't want to speak out of turn but I think the Scion iPod interface cable is a proprietary cable. Someone else on here may know more about a cheaper place to get it.

Sorry, I don't mean to hijack the thread..
I need some help on this too. Our '08 xB didn't come with the ipod interface cable. I went to my local dealer, but they seem to be having a problem finding a replacement part number. Does anybody know the part number of the ipod interface cable? Help!

I looked at my cable but didnt see any numbers one it,, I also skimmed thru my manual and couldnt find anything? I will look more extensively later...

If the knuckle heads cant figure it out, and you drove to your dealer, I wouldve made them grab one outa of another car before I left the lot...talk/complain to your salesperson and get that cable!
