I just bought my gently used XA a week ago. It has 56,000 miles on it...seems in great shape. After buying I realized there is no owners manual so if anyone knows where I can get one cheap please let me know. Then I saw on this forum a Warning for 56,000 miles..I saw alot of pics but no explanation of what that warning meant. Can anyone tell me what Toyota warranty is on this car?? The dude I bought from was not original owner. Glad to have any info you guys can give me...I got car CHEAP price and hope I got a deal!!

Warnings-never heard of them. It's a toyota so there is great reliability and depending on how it was driven and treated it might be in great shape.

Get the oil changed an dtranny fluid and start from there

I Know Toyota has great reliability.. There was a thread that said "warning at 56K" and it worried me...the thread is mostly pics of his car so I am not sure what he meant by that? Know anywhere I can get Cheap owner manual?

the warning for 56k does not mean miles but it means if you have a 56k dial-up modem. Typically its a thread full of pictures that would overwhelm a dial-up connection. I repeat, the WARNING 56K HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MILEAGE, ONLY YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION DUE TO THE LARGE PICTURES!

wow...what a FAIL! LMAO.

one of the rules on this forum is to warn users who ave a 56K modem, that this thread has lots and lots of pictures that will take forever to load. who still have 56K modems anyway?

Cheap owners manual-check the local dealers, see what they got. Maybe ebay every once in a while.

If you are talking a repair manual, Haynes manuals are ok-the DIY (do it yourself) sections and threads on this website are the best.

Also on this website, go to the features tab, go to tech-then put in your car info and go through there if you need help with things. Otherwise you can hit the search tab and add what you need there and look for help.

Pretty sure you can download the PDF file from this site. Just look it up in the tech section.

Also the 2006 xA has a 36k warranty I believe :)

You could try some of the Scion junkyards for an owners manual
