Default injector help

i bought some siemens 550cc injectors off a friend of mine who upgraded his rsx, there top feed...only problem is there 3ohm and the tc is i believe 14(i maybe wrong, couldnt get the voltmeter on very good)....i was told i need a resistor pack to run them and cant find one for the life of me. any info would be greatly appreciated.

i would take it you would run a 10ohm resistor in series with the injector, this would make the most since - but wait for someone to chime in thats used the low resistance injectors with a resistor or resistor pack to know for sure.

You can't just run low impedence injectors. A resistor box will need to be wired into place, or you will need to run some form of engine management that has the drivers to do so like an AEM EMS universal box, which has the drivers for those injectors. Otherwise, you will need to run something like this on the stock ECU:

i have an emanage ultimate so im not going to be boosting on the stock ecu.

EMU is a piggyback, so it is still in play. You're not using a Standalone unit like the AEM EMS or the Hydra.

I mean I know I'm not using a standalone, I've just heard stuff about a cheap way to do it, resistor box that is.

I would just sell them and get a set of Plug and Play injectors, for the price you can get plug and play injectors it's not worth it to me atleast to start cutting into the injector harness and risk having a injector fail.

yup gonna be lots of hassle and could cost as much as a new pnp injectors.. good luck though
