i decided 2 buy my famailys rental house the renters havnt paid in 3 months so we served them a 72 hr. eviction notice... i will be buying this 4 bed 2 bath from my dad at only 820 a month im pumpd ... there for no tint for me fri. i need the money 4 painting and the new flooring... no mods 4 my car 4 awhile :/

thanx guys were excited its gona be alot of work the renters trashd it.. my dad is paying for new wood flooring through out most of the house n my mother in law is payin for new paint inside so that jus leaves us tons of labor but at least its not costing us.... BEEEEEEERRRR PARTY is a must since i work 4 budweiser we should be moved in begining of december so ill post when closer

ya boiee got alot of work ahead us they let the yard go 2 poo but il get the inside in shape first its off exit 82/88 i-5 so perfect spot 4 oregon and wa to meet haha its in the middle...

 

^ Thought i would let you know, up here @ the Snohomish County Haz-mat collection center they give away free paint! Its mostly for the outside of the house and is pre-mixed in large quantites, and decent colors! I got mine there and they let us take enough to do our house like 1 & 1/2 times plus I have like 10 gal left FYI, not sure if they do that down there...
