I am getting new subs in a few weeks and wanted to make a custom box that fits right where the cargo cover should be. I would only need it to make a trace so I know the general shape. any help would be appreciated!

 

I just finished making one for mine with rigid foam board, foil HVAC tape and carpet. I layered three 1/2" peices of foam board (from Lowes), taped the edges together then used spray adhesive to glue the carpet on. The foam board is great to get make the shape with and to get the contours like you want them. I was going to fiberglass it prior to the carpet but I only wanted it as a cover.
