I bought it on Nov 1st, check cleared last Thursday, he told me he'd ship them out Friday. It's Saturday, so that's already over a week since the check cleared and he hasn't been on scionlife, nor has he answered the phone or return my calls. I'm debating whether I should even try or just file a claim with paypal and get my money back because I'm honestly frustrated. I thought I'd have my item at least by next week, but I doubt that will happen as I can't even get a hold of him. What do you guys have to say about this?

 

Does anyone have by chance Blackrose617's screen name? I really just want to contact him, but he hasn't come on, won't respond to e-mails, and won't pick up his phone.
