Well it was pointed out to me last week that Cindy's 3rd brake light was dead on the left side......

Went to the Oznium site today and it is still under warrenty......by 3 weeks.....so I am hoping I can send it back and they will fix it or send me a new one........

I have had nothing but great experiance from Oznium and am sure this too will go great........kinda amazed to be honest that the left side went out........we got LEDs from Oznium stuffed everywhere including right next tot he header and never a problem......

This was one of our first mods to the car and still one of my favorite.......if you do not have one you should get one.......spendy yes,but looks so good compared to the stock light.

Well I am blown away by the customer service........they asked for photos of the light and then emailed back and it is in the mail today..........Oznium rocks........this is why I buy from them........good quality and great customer service and fast shipping and comunication.........A+ Oznium......

did oznium stop doing HIDs i've been on there site and haven't found anything i know they use too

 

Amazed.......new 3rd light arrived today........that was super quick......thanks for the fabulous service.......now to pull the panel off again and put it in this weekend......might almost have to finish my deadening while I am at it......

I have not seen the HIDs on there in a while......might of stopped selling them....

 

Yep we did stop selling the HIDs. There's many other good dealers you can go to though. Perhaps try www.MobileHID.com

Dude oznuim rocks they are freaken good. There customer service is the best i have ever come any where they dont ask how and when and where and why it broke they say it broke new one is the mail what is your name and part LOL!!!

I have never purchased anything from OZNIUM but, after reading all the glowing reviews about them, I do plan on buying all my LED products from them in the future. It is nice to have good products and more important, good customer service. They should also go into the PR business and teach others how to treat customers!!

 

What I love is when I refer other to Oznium and they do not take my advice and a month later they come back going what was that place you recomended......my leds burnt out and I cannot get any response form the seller I bought from.....

Next thing you know they are ordering fromOznium.....and wishing they listened the first time...

I am at about a year and a half now with all my LEDS and not a one has burnt out.I use them a lot too......very happy.
